We are Barry & Marian Abelson.

Our back story goes like this.

For the past 50+ years we have spent our summers on a lake in Northern Ontario, Canada.  

The last 12 years were in our Lake House called “Dunrunin”. It is on Crystal Lake in Kinmount, Ontario.

After much time, thought and planning, we decided to sell our lake house and travel.  See the world.

So, that is what we did.

We sold the lake house in May, 2018 and booked an “Around the World” Cruise in June, 2018.

We leave on January 4, 2019 and are travelling until May 15, 2019.  That is 131 days, (4 ½ months), 28 countries and 60 ports – WOW!!

We thought a Blog would be the perfect way to share our adventures and keep in touch with family and friends.

By the way, we went to our travel agent, Michele Fabian at Northstar Travel on Belmont Boulevard.  She took care of all the details for us.

Being “Newbie” to blogging, we are going to try daily postings but at this point we’re not sure if that is feasible or not. 
We’ll just have to wait and see.
