APR. 11th -- CRUISING THE ARABIAN SEA

We have a sea-day today.

There will be a "Piracy Drill" ☠☠ -- mandatory for both passengers and crew.
As we will be cruising through the Gulf of Aden and there have been reports of pirate activity in this area during the past few years, we will be taking precautions.  From April 11th to 14th we will be in this vicinity.  This is a precautionary measure, not a worry.

It went like this...
A warning is given to everyone over the PA system...using a "safe word" so we know it is an actual threat.
All cabins are to close their drapes & black-out drapes and passengers step out into the corridor, close their cabin door and sit on the floor.
We stay like that until we get the all-clear.

Once that is over, Barry & I head out to the Pool Deck and our lounge chairs.  At noon, we notice a lot of people looking over the side of the boat.
No...it isn't pirates!!☠☠

We see dolphins, about 25 of them ... jumping completely out of the water in groups of 2's and 3's... right beside the ship.  They put on quite a show.
I did not have my camera so I didn't get any pictures...so I have to resort to using this sketch.

At 5:00 PM Barry & I head out to the Pool Deck and have cocktails with Colleen, Sandi and Mark.  We all have a Top Shelf Margarita...yum!
We go back to our cabin at 7:00 PM and we order Room Service and watched a movie...early to bed.
