Day 90 of our World Cruise....3 months done!!!...41 days to go.
It is our second day in Mumbai and we do not have an excursion today. We slept in until 10:00 AM and then had coffee on our balcony. We have a light lunch in the Compass Rose and then I go to the back of the boat on Deck 11 and read. There is a lovely breeze coming off the water.
The internet has been shaky all day and I finally get the Blog done and posted.
We have dinner at Prime 7 tonight at 7:00.
We get dressed for the evening and decide to have a cocktail on our balcony and watch as we leave port. The sky during our sail-away is cloudy and makes everything look like a charcoal sketch.

We call our butler, Reddy, for more ice and some club soda.

He arrives at our cabin minutes later bearing gifts.
He gave us 2 beautiful, handmade shawls from his hometown. His parents came to visit him today and he had called them and asked them to bring the shawls with them. They're beautiful -- one is gold & red and the other is turquoise & gold.

We then went to the Galileo Lounge for a Grand Marnier and back to our room.
We started watching "No Country for Old Men".
We turn our clocks back 30 minutes tonight.

ReplyDeleteI have a shawl very similar to the turquoise on you have that Cliff brought back to me from his trip to India. We'll have to compare patterns. Lol
Wow, only 41 days left. You have got to be wondering where the time went! Barry looks good, I guess your feeling better now.
Since we are talking about Cruise so i done my part of research and Found out about Akbar Travels Mumbai to goa cruise which is cheap and affortable and very very resonable thank you for sharing!
