We got up this morning with an announcement from the Captain that we would not be going to Mooloolaba due to weather conditions. It is rainy and very windy there and it is too windy to safely tender us ashore. So, we are by-passing Mooloolaba and we move onto Whitsunday Island on February 16th.
So, we have another couple of sea-days.
Our morning is filled with housekeeping jobs and some banking.
We head down to lunch but are about 30-minutes early, so we stop at the Navigator Lounge for a coffee. The corridor on Deck 6 is decorated with balloons for Valentine's Day....and you know how I love balloons!!
Instead of coffee, Barry gets us both a glass of champagne..."for my Valentine", he says to me. Wonderful.

Tonight at 6:00 PM there is a cocktail reception called "Where Are You From"... every passenger, from the same country or state, is set up in a different areas of the ship and you can meet the other guests from where you are from. Canada is set up in the Stars Lounge and there are 44 of us on board. Should be fun.

At 6:45 there is a Valentine's Dance in the Galileo Lounge. We head up after the "Where Are You From" reception and dance until 7:30.
We go to the Italian restaurant -- Sette Mari -- for dinner.
It was lovely and they gave every woman a rose when we leave.
All in all, a very nice Valentine's Day.
