FEB. 15th -- EN ROUTE TO WHITSUNDAY ISLAND

It is Friday, February 15th and we are at sea again today.  Still on the Coral Sea.

Catching up on Canada's current events

Well, I slept until 10:30 this morning...that's almost a 12-hour sleep.  Needless to say, I feel fabulous. We head to the Coffee Connection for a coffee at about 11:30 -- this is a great "people-watching" place.  We head to the Compass Rose around 12:30 and have a light lunch.
We have 2 events today, so we will go lightly with the food and drink until tonight.

It is a Formal Attire option tonight.
We have a cocktail party at 5:00 PM sponsored by Janet & Chris Rathy of the Ensemble World Explorer Group.
We found out that Kelly (from Alberta) has the same birthday as Marian and he & Sandra will be celebrating his birthday at Prime 7 at the same time as we are.  We'll have to buy him a drink...LOL!
Also, we sat with Mark & Sandi from Winnipeg.  Met Martha and her daughter-in-law, who are on for 2 weeks.  They're also from Alberta & they get off in Bali.

At 7:00 PM, we leave the Ensemble party and go to the Compass Rose where we are having dinner with the Cruise Director and the Ass't. Cruise Director, Jamie & Dana Logan.
Another couple join us, Billie (not sure if it is her real name or a nickname) and husband, Larry.
We have a great time.  Jamie & Dana are very interesting people.

After dinner we go up to the Galileo Lounge and see the "Brit" group and join them for about an hour.  Danced a lot.
