FEB. 3rd -- SUVA, FIJI

Today is Sunday (for us), however, as we are one day ahead of you, we will not see the Super Bowl LIII until tomorrow...Monday.  We get to see it on the big screen in the Seven Seas Lounge at 10:30 AM tomorrow.

We are in Suva, Fiji and as we pull into port we have 3 natives singing for us.  It's really nice.  We have no excursions today...we have decided to take the day off and stay on the boat.

It is steamy hot.
It is really quiet on board as everyone is off the ship on excursions.
Barry & I head to the pool and go swimming for about 30 minutes.  WOW...does that feel good.
Around 11:00 AM we get some "big black clouds" overhead and shortly after that we get rain.

Rainy afternoon...

It really pours.  This goes on for most of the afternoon and the early evening.

After my swim, I decide to "air dry" my hair and let my curls out.  In fact, the humidity in the islands have been crazy for my hair.  So, I decide to embrace my curls.

The clocks get turned back one hour tonight.
