JAN. 16th -- EQUATOR CROSSING

Today, while heading south, we cross the Equator and enter the Southern Hemisphere.

We both got a "Crossing the Equator" certificate -- I guess it's kind of a big deal!

It is 85 degrees F. and gorgeous!!
We are still at sea and heading for the Marquesas Islands, French Polynesia.

We had a quiet day.
Marian had a pedicure and Barry had another massage.

We had drinks at the Seven Seas Lounge and met a couple from Liverpool, England.  Dave and Cath.
We joined them for dinner at the Compass Rose.  We had a lot of laughs.  They are a lovely couple and are also on the World Cruise.

We went back to our room and watched Tom Hardy in "Venom".  It wasn't terrific.

We turn our clocks ahead half an hour tonight.

Something pretty & tropical
