JAN. 17th -- IN THE SOUTH PACIFIC

Now that we have crossed the Equator, we are headed for the Marquesas & Cook Islands in French Polynesia.
We will be there tomorrow (Friday).
We have cruised 4200 miles already.

It gets light at 6:00 AM and stays light until 6:30 PM.
Nice long days.

Tonight we have a social event called "Bora Bora in Bloom".  It is being done for all the past passengers that have cruised 75+ days with Regent.
They put on a show featuring some of the songs from "South Pacific".  They served cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.  There were 250 people there.
The event lasted about an hour and a half.

Waiting...

Afterwards, we went to dinner at the Compass Rose.
We love that restaurant.  The food is fabulous...better than any place in Waterloo.
So, then to our room.
Bed!!

  1. Love your trip! Would like to see pictures of your cabin? Does it have a window, balcony?
